A non-profit development-oriented civil society organization operating within Beni Suef Governorate, registered under No. 1079 of 2009 in accordance with the provisions of the Associations and Civil Institutions Law No. 70 of 2017. The Foundation has regularized its legal status in accordance with Law No. 149 of 2019 and holds a license to conduct microfinance activities.
A productive, healthy, and positive community free from poverty, disease, and illiteracy; supporting women and children, encouraging initiative and self-reliance, and actively contributing to the development and advancement of its homeland.
The Foundation works to create positive change in the three dimensions of underdevelopment—poverty, illiteracy, and disease—within the community. For more than 17 years, the Foundation has implemented numerous projects and programs.

We work in partnership with Misr El Kheir Foundation, the European Union, and the Directorate of Social Solidarity, in addition to a network of 127 charitable associations and organizations, to implement activities across all villages and districts of Beni Suef Governorate.
